Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities: 3–5 working days Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 working days. If there is a delay by the shipping partners, please bear with us - we will make sure we deliver your orders as soon as possible! 

Shipping Charges Shipping is free on all DIY Kit orders across India. No hidden charges.

Where We Deliver We deliver pan-India via Shiprocket & DTDC. If we are unable to deliver to your pincode, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing your order and process a full refund.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier's website.

Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry. If the package is returned to us, we will reach out to rearrange delivery. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at checkout.
