Refund policy

Ticketed Events :
We do not refund tickets for events, once purchased. The tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other date. A refund will be initiated only if the event is cancelled / postponed by us, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Private Events :
For Private Events are invoice is raised on a minimum number of seats, which will be mailed to you. Once the advance payment is made, a date is blocked which is why we don't initiate any refunds on the same. A refund will be initiated only if the event is cancelled / postponed by us, due to unforeseen circumstances.

DIY Kits :

• You can cancel the order within 1 Hour  of placing your order, once the cancellation is processed you will get the refund in 2-5 working days in your respective payment method.
  
• We do not accept returns on opened kits as the materials are consumable. However, we accept returns for: (a) wrong item sent, (b) damaged/defective item on delivery. 
• Refunds are only applicable on orders cancelled within the 1-hour window. We do not offer refunds once the order has been packed or dispatched. For damaged or wrong items, we will send a replacement - not a refund.
• If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the damage on nishka@paintbar.in with your Order ID , Name and Contact details and we will send you a replacement, once approved by our team.

Gift Cards :
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money / refunded to the customer, once purchased. All gift cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
